inSUPPORT was created just before COVID by the parent company Retail Innovation Group Australasia (RIGA), which has always been a trusted partner in IT, Tech, and Telco, predominantly in the retail space, as the company name suggests.
Around 2020, RIGA became known as Real Innovation Group, branching out into other industry verticals such as construction, automotive, professional services (legal, medical, and financial services), agriculture, manufacturing, and real estate.
With the rise in security breaches and cyberattacks on big brands like Optus, Medibank, and Deloitte, it became evident that the SME market needed protection. As a result, inSUPPORT was born, focusing on enhancing our core proactive managed services and helpdesk offering to align with the government’s Essential 8 framework, and more importantly, the insurance policy wording that many SMB/SME organisations currently lack.

We then put together a plan for remediation as quickly as possible to ensure your compliance and get your insurance sorted ASAP so you’re covered.
In the initial onboarding process, we attend your site to document and understand how you operate, completing a checklist, inspecting infrastructure suitability, meeting key stakeholders, and performing general IT housekeeping. Once the onboarding process is complete, your environment should be rock solid, and the need to attend the site moving forward should be very minimal, if at all.
